Each gift card is subject to the brand’s individual usage rules and redemption process. Gifigo is not responsible for changes made by the brand after purchase.

Order Placement and Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and acknowledgment by our system. Gifigo reserves the right to cancel orders due to technical issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of taxes. Payments are handled by third-party providers; Gifigo does not store your payment credentials.

Delivery of Gift Cards

Gift cards are delivered via email or WhatsApp. While delivery is generally instant, Gifigo is not responsible for failures caused by incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

Usage Restrictions

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gifigo is not responsible for loss, misuse, or unauthorized use after delivery.
