Nature of Digital Products

Gifigo deals exclusively in digital e-gift cards delivered through automated systems. Due to the instant nature of these products, all sales are considered final once the gift card is successfully delivered.

Cancellation Policy

⚠️ No Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed. Since gift cards are processed via API-based systems, reversals are not possible.

Customers are advised to carefully review gift card details, brand selection, and recipient info before purchase.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable for successfully delivered gift cards. However, we consider refunds under these specific technical scenarios:

  • Verified technical failure where gift card wasn't delivered.
  • System error or partner unavailability.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity cancelled by Gifigo.
